Day Rate:

15 mins : £4

30 mins : £7.50

45 mins : £11.25

60 mins : £15

Bank Holidays (+Xmas eve & New years eve) rate:

15 mins : £7

30 mins : £12.50

45 mins : £18.75

60 mins : £25

24hr On Call

£35 per day + Hourly rate

0600-2200 day rate

2200-0600 bank holiday rate

Available for 24 hours to immediately respond to any emergencies or issues.  Peace of mind if family are going away.

Pricing and Contract

Pricing is charged on a rolling 15 minute basis, inclusive of VAT.  Some special days follow a different pricing structure.

If not already allocated, times are available between 0630 - 2000 Mon-Thurs and 0630-1500 Fri

Weekends are only available On Call, if not already pre booked.  As a sole carer I need a break too!  

​

Every contract is tailored to a clients needs, following an initial free assessment.  During the informal assessment we shall run through all of the points and there is no pressure to take any further action.  My only ask is that you must sign the contract prior to services commencing.  

 

The contract may be terminated by either party at any time.  If you feel that my services are not what you hoped for, you are free to cancel, you only pay for the services you have already had.

 

One clause of interest:

  • A call shall be charged at its normal rate if cancelled within 24 hours. A call shall be reimbursed at its normal rate if cancelled within 24 hours or within 6 hours if due to sickness. All calls shall be attended within 15 minutes each way of the given time slot. Contact shall be made if running later. Reimbursement shall not take place for a call postponed due to issues arising from another client, ie; hospital delay.

This means it is not in my interest to cancel a call - if i don't give you sufficient notice, I pay you!
